1. Purchase of finished products through the store
You can purchase finished products in the Shop section. Usually this is a small number of products, 1 item each.
- Add the product to the cart and place an order.
- I will clarify the order details and reply to you at the specified email. You can also specify a phone number, then I will write to you on WhatsApp. I will write the current delivery times for your location.
2. Payment
Payment is made through PayPal. I will send you an individual payment link after agreeing on the order details. This way, both you and I are protected from surprises and you do not risk anything by placing an order. Since the products are expensive and individual, I prefer to discuss everything with the customer before payment. I think you do too!
3. Custom order
I mainly work to order. The rest of the work that I have done previously is presented in the catalog. You can order any similar handbag for yourself. To do this, you just need to write to me on WhatsApp or contact me in one of the ways listed below.
I work on order only with 100% prepayment! In exceptional cases, the prepayment can be 50%. Prepayment is also made on PayPal by issuing an invoice.
4. Delivery
- At the moment, delivery is carried out only to some countries. This is due to the high cost of goods and risky delivery to some countries.
- Delivery by state mail.
- The average delivery time, for example, to the USA is about 3 weeks.
- If your country is not on the list, do not be upset, write to me and I will consider the possibility of sending to your country individually!
5. Return policy
- Hand-made goods cannot be returned. Therefore, please approach the purchase with the utmost responsibility. You can cancel the order at any time only before payment, just let me know about it.
- The production of my goods requires a lot of time and financial costs. After payment for the order, it will be in work – purchasing the necessary materials and other work.
- The carrier (Mail) is responsible for delivery. However, I must say that I have sent more than 200 international parcels and at the moment, none of them have been lost. If you have a problem, write to me and I will try to help you.
- Therefore, please carefully check the address and the data you indicate, especially if the recipient is not you (gift)!
- If you are planning to move, also take this into account when ordering. In case of doubt, write to me to understand where you will be at the time of delivery.
